Bad encoding of some central-european chars

Error: emails sent from Outlook has unreadable (bad code page)
particular characters, that are diferent in ISO-8859-2 and Windows-1250
code pages. Change of code page does not help.

There was no code page information in received email headers similar to:

$$$
Content-Type: text/plain;charset="windows-1250"

Email was sent as plain text. If is sent as HTML or edited in MS Word, there is no problem
because email is sent as multi-part message.

Problem solves unchecking of options `Tools/Options/Mail format/Internet format/Send as UUENCODE`.
