Error trying to compile sample program in boomerang_lite.5.11a

I downloaded the components, installed the packages did the registery thing
then i tried to compile the example program for delphi
the compilation went without errors
when i ran the program however i got a error :

Project GSMCenter.exe raised exception class EComError with message
'Error 5 Access denied in function: createFile'.
