CzechUser/password to employee.gdb

Q: I am able to connect an open for instance config-1to1.gdb through the IB Replication Manager.
But I not able to connect to employee.gdb through the IB Replication Server.
I get the error that I should request a user name and password by the Administrator (so it can find the file)
As far as I can see I have set up user name and password correct for employee.gdb in IB Replication Manger.
A: There is not user/password to employee.gdb. Interbase has users in one global database isc4.gdb. You must add user REPL/repl (as configured in config database) via ibconsole or ibsec command line utility to Interbase server.
