Q: IBReplServer is stopped and does not replicate, task window is empty and all settings are blank. "INI file change, disconnecting" message appears in log.

A: IBReplServer is periodically checking current ini file and if is changed (deleted, database name/user changed, ...) IBReplServer will disconnect and reconnect to new database. Server detects INI file change/delete and disconnects from database - and when configuration dialog is opened all setting are empty dialog it's empty.

There is also "Run/Disable INI checking" or "/IC" command line parameter to disable checking.
