Time shift in replication log

Q: My clock shows for example 4:24 PM. I did a manually replication at that
time and on the tasks (IBReplServer) at 'Last Started' field is showed
6:24:16 AM. I don't know what it's happening.
A: You have probably checked "Now as UTC" options (in settings or in task settings). 6:24AM is probably GMT(Greenwich mean time) = UTC (universal time coordinates). It's time zone and DST (daylight saving time) independent. If checked all timestamps concerning to task(s) are treated as UTC otherwise it's local time.
